Bert is at his best when he is involved in every facet of a project, issue or solution. He’s an allrounder, mostly drawn to the technical side of the job. Bert is pragmatic by nature and a bit of a perfectionist; that’s why his work is always taken care of, down to the last detail.

Oscar focuses on the organization of Paqt as a company and in particular on automation and the software that Paqt develops for projects and productions. Oscar likes to come up with solutions to problems. Or, as he prefers to call them: challenges. He loves to do this in good cooperation with the team.
Marco Bakker
CO-FOUNDER & CO-OWNER
Marco’s strength lies in connecting creation and product development. He knows exactly how to translate all technical opportunities into a suitable and commercial product concept. His accumulated knowledge, through years of experience from both the agency and production side is an important foundation of Paqt.
